Founder | BIM & Project Development
Originally from Venezuela and based in Miami since 2016, Roger Contreras brings together a background in architectural design, BIM coordination, and residential real estate development. He graduated from Universidad de Los Andes in Mérida, Venezuela, in 2015 and completed a master’s program in International BIM Management at ZIGURAT in Barcelona, Spain, in 2018.
Roger began working with Revit in 2008 and has since developed hundreds of projects for a range of clients. His experience includes visualization, as-built documentation, renovations, procurement, cost estimations, bidding, permitting, and documentation for new residential construction.
Since entering the U.S. real estate industry in 2017, he has worked across the full development cycle—from evaluating land and planning a project to construction, sale, and post-sale support. This experience informs his approach to design: decisions made in a digital model must translate into work that can be built, coordinated, and maintained.
BIM is central to that approach. Roger believes that investing time in a carefully coordinated model before construction begins can prevent many of the cost and conflicts that would otherwise emerge on site.
With Miami as his home and Sarasota an increasingly important part of his work, Roger supports residential projects across Florida’s East and West coasts. He continues to pursue architectural licensure in Florida while shaping ARX around precision, practical experience, and long-term value.
